Office Buildings. Landry Architects has been designing office buildings for various clients since 1978. We’ve designed buildings for large corporate developers, owners as occupants, and developers of multi-use office/industrial parks, among others. We have delivered completed
shells without fitting up the interiors; we’ve also had projects that included full interior design of the spaces. These experiences have given us a keen understanding of the common pitfalls involved in the business of development.
 Our goal is to give every client a great-looking, marketable building with the greatest possible amount of leasable space. And while we always look for new ways to reduce costs for our clients, we try not to cut corners on quality simply to keep construction costs low. Because in the end, it’s reduced operating costs and increased tenant retention that keep profitability high for these developments.
