| Mr. Bourassa joined Landry Architects
in April 2000 with past experience with architectural
and engineering firms in the Boston area. |

| He earned his Bachelor of Architecture
degree in June 1998 from the Boston Architectural Center
in Boston, MA. He expects to take the Architectural
Registration Examination in 2006. |

Mr. Bourassa has extensive experience in multi-family,
residential, commercial and public projects, including
many in public housing projects. He also has experience
in an engineering firm. |

| He currently manages a variety of
projects, including a number of specialty rehabilitation
and redevelopment projects and retail buildings. |
