| Mr. Landry graduated from Wentworth
Institute of Technology in Boston, MA with an Associate
of Engineering in Architectural Engineering Technology
degree. He earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design
degree from Texas A&M University in College Station,
Texas. |

Institute of Architects (AIA), New Hampshire Chapter of

Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), NH Chapter
of the CSI, PlanNH, and Affiliate Member of the
International Code Council. |

| Presently, Mr. Landry is currently the
immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
Greater Salem (NH) Chamber of Commerce. He is also
Chairman of the Golf Tournament Committee and member of
several committees including: the Executive Committee of
the Board of Directors, Finance and Economic
Development. Mr. Landry was Vice-President of the Board
of Directors at the Andover (MA) Chamber of Commerce,
prior to moving to NH. |

| He has served as a member of a number
of charitable golf tournament committees. |

| Mr. Landry was a member of the
Executive Board, as well as District Chairman, of the
North Essex Council of the Boy Scouts of America, prior
to its merger with two other councils. He stays involved
in Scouting as a Merit Badge Counselor. |

| Mr. Landry was a member of the New
Hampshire Regional Board of Directors of BankBoston, and
a member of the Community Advisory Board of BankBoston
Development Company, until the bank was bought by Fleet
Bank. |

| From June 1978 through June 1984, Mr.
Landry served as Vice-Chairman of the Town of Andover,
MA School Building Committee. The committee had charge
of a $13.7 million dollar school building program, from
the initial planning and programming to the completion
of construction. This public service presented a unique
opportunity for Mr. Landry to see from the “client” side
of the table. As the only “construction professional” on
the committee, he was heavily involved in all phases of
the project. |

| Mr. Landry is a resident of Windham,
NH. He and his wife, Maureen, have three children,
Jeannette, Richard, Jr. and Elizabeth. |
